Return & Refund Policy
Article 1 — Custom-Made Products
All products sold by our company are custom-made products that are cut and processed individually for each order. Due to the nature of products manufactured according to the customer’s requested specifications, returns, exchanges, and refunds for customer-related reasons are generally not accepted. By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to this policy.
Article 2 — Eligible Cases
We may consider returns, exchanges, or refunds only in the following cases:
- Significant manufacturing defects
- The delivered product is clearly different from the order details
Article 3 — Non-Eligible Cases
The following are not considered eligible cases:
- Minor specification differences
- Color differences
- Transparency differences
- Differences in appearance or user experience
Article 4 — Product Characteristics
Details regarding product characteristics are based on the descriptions provided on each product page. Due to the nature of cut-to-order products, dimensional tolerances of approximately ±5–8 mm may occur. Actual color, transparency, and appearance may vary depending on monitor settings, device environments, lighting conditions, installation environments, and other factors.
Article 5 — Required Conditions
Claims will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
- Contact is made within 5 days after delivery
- The product has not been used, installed, or processed
- The product and packaging are kept in appropriate condition
Article 6 — Required Evidence
The following evidence is required:
- Clear photos of the defective area
- Photos of the entire product
- Photos of the outer packaging and shipping condition
- Video from opening to inspection (recommended)
We may request additional information if necessary.
Article 7 — Review Standards
All claims will be reviewed comprehensively based on submitted materials, product condition, order details, and this policy, using reasonable and objective standards.
Article 8 — Possible Resolutions
Possible resolutions include:
- Replacement (in principle)
- Partial refund
- Full refund
The method and scope of resolution will be determined depending on the individual circumstances.
Article 9 — Excluded Cases
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Used or installed products
- Products after removal of the protective film
- Cut or processed products
- Incorrect size selection or ordering mistakes
- Differences in color, transparency, appearance, or expectations
- Minor differences from product page descriptions
- Failure to sufficiently inspect the product before installation
- Bubbles, creases, damage, or installation failures occurring during installation
- Issues related to compatibility with the customer’s intended use, glass type, or local regulations
- Non-compliance with vehicle laws, inspections, or visible light transmission regulations
- Issues caused by compatibility with Low-E glass or special glass types
- Refusal of delivery due to customs duties or import taxes
- Returns caused by unpaid customs duties
- Returns due to prolonged absence or unclaimed packages
- Delivery failure caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Returns due to expired carrier holding periods
- Failure to arrange redelivery
- Problems caused by forwarding services or third-party shipping arrangements
- Minor damage to outer packaging that does not affect the product itself
- Delays or impacts caused by force majeure events such as weather, disasters, customs, or logistics conditions
- Problems caused by the customer’s usage environment or installation method
- Deterioration or damage caused by storage conditions after delivery
- Insufficient evidence (photos, videos, etc.)
- Claims submitted after the claim period
- Returns sent without prior contact
Article 10 — Cost Responsibility
- Defective products or incorrect shipments: covered by us (only through our designated method)
- All other cases: not eligible
Article 11 — Customer Responsibility
- Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the customer’s responsibility
- We are unable to determine customs charges in advance
- Returns caused by unpaid customs duties, refused delivery, or prolonged absence are generally not eligible for refunds
- The same applies to any round-trip shipping costs or handling fees incurred
- If reshipment is required for customer-related reasons, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility
Article 12 — Scope of Non-Responsibility
We are not responsible for the following:
- Shipping delays caused by customs clearance, weather, logistics conditions, or related circumstances
- Customs inspections or package opening during customs procedures
- Handling by shipping carriers
- Delays or changes to estimated delivery dates
- Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed
- Other matters beyond our reasonable control
Article 13 — Performance Values
- UV protection performance, transparency, heat reduction performance, and related values may vary depending on measurement conditions, installation environments, and usage environments
- Measured values may vary depending on testing conditions, measuring equipment, and glass conditions
- Displayed values are reference values only and do not guarantee specific performance or effects
- We do not guarantee suitability for any specific purpose or environment
Article 14 — Right of Withdrawal
Under EU and UK consumer protection laws, consumers may normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, our products are custom-made products cut and processed according to the customer’s requested size and specifications, and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Article 15 — Company’s Discretion
The specific examples described in this policy are representative examples only and are not limited to those listed. We reserve the right to make the final decision within a reasonable scope based on the individual circumstances and submitted information.
